Job Description

Summary

TPConnects is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our product offerings. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, ensuring data quality, conducting A/B testing, and leading product analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to unlock valuable insights and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Define and implement data quality frameworks, ensuring high integrity and reliability.
  • Utilize Great Expectations or similar tools to automate data quality checks.
  • Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure efficient data pipelines.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes and measure business impact.
  • Establish best practices for experiment design, statistical analysis, and result interpretation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on test outcomes.
  • Develop a product analytics strategy to track user behavior and key performance metrics.
  • Define and implement key product usage metrics and dashboards.
  • Work with Product and UX teams to optimize the customer journey and engagement.
  • Act as a data champion, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, making clear, actionable recommendations.
Skills and competencies
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
  • Strong experience with ETL pipelines and data warehouse optimization.
  • Identify patterns in data, derive insights, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and data quality testing.
  • Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Strong knowledge of product analytics and user behavior tracking.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
What would be good to have
  • Experience with modern data stack tools.
  • Familiarity with ML/AI-based analytics for predictive modeling.
