Roles and responsibilities

The Human Resources Administratorassists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of thehuman resources functions and duties. The HR Administrator carriesout responsibilities functional areas: departmental development,Human Capital Management System (HCM), employee relations,compensation and benefits, organization development, executiveadministration, recruitment, employee engagement events andmiscellaneous projects. Models and acts in accordance withREHL's guiding principles and corevalues.

Responsible for supporting HR activitiesin The Real Estate Holding Company for respective business unit(s),the Human Resources Administrator ensures that the Human ResourcesDepartment is administered in a smooth, efficient, and confidentialmanner.

The individual is required to workindependently with minimal instruction on day-to-day work. Mustfollow and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure forprocessing of / delivery of assigned services.

KeyAccountability Areas

Monitoremployee transaction requests for leave, salary advances, educationfees claims and entitlements on HCM system and ensure that staffbenefits are paid in a timely manner. Further ensure that alldocumentation required by the auditors pertaining to the payment ofstaff benefits is received from staff members prior to processingpayments.

Provides day-to-day benefitsadministration services. Maintains benefits records and preparedocuments necessary for implementingcoverage.

Process new employment visas, workpermit issuance / renewals /cancellations.

Provide assistance withon-boarding and exiting process of staff members. Exit clearanceprocess of employees and obtain exit report at theairport.

Handle travel and consulate visas,travel bookings, travel insurance, hotel bookings, any other HR& Administration related support.

Updatepayroll records on a timely basis. Verify and processpayroll.

Ensures up-to-date accuracy of allemployee information within the HR department and HCM / payrollsystems.

Collaborate with the HR team to createcompelling and creative concepts for HR Motivational videocontent.

Maintain employee-related databases.Prepare and analyze necessary reports to conduct the functions ofthe department and office. Prepares periodic reports as necessaryor requested.

Maintains records on annual leave,sick leave, leave planner and other absences.

Runreports and up-date staff attendance and vacation balances,increment reports and contract renewals on a monthlybasis.

Assist to ensure documentation iscomplete

Support and implement new programs andtraining that drive the adoption of the company'sculture.

Coordinates employee activities andevents, as well as provide any support needed during the activitiesor events.

Desiredcandidate profile

Education&Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of educationand work experience.

Good computer skills andexperience on MS Office packages

Experience

3-5years of experience with more than 1 year in HumanResources

Experience using the Immigration system(GDRFA and ICP) and MoHRE
