Roles and responsibilities
  • Required to succeed forthis role:12+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirementgathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, andsupporting HCM solutions in the following modules (Core HCM, SelfService, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, TalentManagement, HR Helpdesk, Payroll)
  • Worked as aHCM Solution Architect and delivered multipleprojects
  • Should have completed at least two 4phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning,implementation, and closure) with extensive experience In OracleFusion HCM Modules
  • Good understanding of thefollowing Oracle Fusion Products in the capacity of SolutionArchitect
  • Well versed with Oracle HCM modulesspecifically on Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation,Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk,Payroll)
  • Ability to influence and negotiate atall levels of the organization.
  • Strongunderstanding on how the Information Technology can drivebusiness.
  • At least a degree in Engineering froma recognized University / College.
  • Responsiblefor:Managing vendors and consultants' relationship tomake sure that Project Implementation/ Rollout delivery is as pertimeline.
  • Providing expert solution for themodules in implementation scope.
  • ProjectManagement includes conducting Steerco, Weekly Meetings and otheradhoc meetings
  • Leading the implementation teamin the project that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis,System Design and Configuration and User Acceptance Testing andGo-live
  • Identify functionality gaps in theproduct from a business process perspective to drive efficiency andinitiate projects to build asolution.
  • Facilitate end-user training,testing, troubleshooting and provide POST GO LIVE Support &Structure.
  • Assist HCM team users in mapping andstreamlining business practices to implement themodule
  • Facilitate Reports and Dashboardspecification development and deployment.
  • Workclosely with HR Business Partners to drive adoption and usersatisfaction in using Oracle FusionHCM
  • Technically capable to Validate the Design,Configuration
  • Import / Load and validate Masterand Transactional Data
Desired candidate profile
  • Skills Requirement and Qualification: 12+ Yearsof experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping,configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HR Applications,8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Should havecompleted at least two 4 phases full project life cycle(initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) withextensive experience in HCM modules
  • Goodunderstanding of the Oracle ERPsystems
  • Experience in ProjectManagement
  • Ability to influence and negotiateat all levels of the organizations.
  • Strongunderstanding on how the Information Technology can drivebusiness.
  • At least a degree in Engineering froma recognized University /College.
  • Communication:An excellentcommunicator (Written and Presentation) inEnglish
  • Emotionally intelligent individual withability to listen, empathize and understand the impact of nonverbalcommunication. Engaging individual able to facilitate and presentto big groups of stakeholders, including C-Suitelevel.
