Umanu is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to enhance our existing Oracle HCM modules, support end-user adoption, and collaborate with business users to understand and translate their requirements into system improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM and a track record of delivering enhancements that optimize HR processes.

  • Analyze and improve existing Oracle HCM Cloud / EBS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).
  • Design, configure, and implement system enhancements to improve HR operations.
  • Develop and test system modifications, reports, and integrations as per business needs.
  • Evaluate and ensure best practices and compliance with Oracle HCM standards and HR policies.

As an expert in Fusion Applications, the successful candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of the quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing, and change management. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical and debugging skills on problem-solving in the Fusion Cloud environment.
