  • Providing leadership of the overallstrategy, objectives and delivery of all projects in the programmeportfolio, in line with overall Mace strategy and priorities. Driveand implement strategies adapting and delivering operational plansfor the portfolio of work.
  • Accountable fordelivery of annual financial and operating targets for theprogramme (including KPIs, OKDs and business outcomes), leadseffective cost management, ensuring budgets are met and utilisesdata and analysis to drive continuous businessimprovements.
  • Ownership of the clientrelationship, strategic planning, budgeting, business operationaland resource requirements, programme performance, compliance andreporting.
  • Accountable for the overallperformance and management of related projects in the programmeportfolio covering planning, design, construction, monitoring andcommissioning to ensure the programme is delivered on time, budgetand specification. Manage large, complex programmes (size andscale) with country and sometimes multi-country complexity, scopeand impact.
  • Build and sustain an integrated,collaborative and high-performance team that proactivelyanticipates and responds to the requirements of the organisationand key stakeholders. Champions innovation and provides thoughtleadership across the programme portfolio advocating new ideas,ways of working and efficiencies. Leads and implements strategiesfor service delivery championing a culture of good practice andcontinuous improvement.
  • Works collaborativelytowards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shareresponsibility for the proactive identification and management ofthe associated carbon emissions and reductions during the deliveryof work.
  • Demonstrates 'goodorganisation citizenship' by working in anenterprise-wide way. Champions and drives the strategicimplementation of enterprise-wide strategic priorities, initiativesand transformational change, taking an enterprise-wide leadershipview at all times.
