Desired candidate profile

Project Planning andScheduling

  • Expertise increating and maintaining project schedules using tools such asPrimavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar schedulingsoftware.
  • Strong understanding of projectmanagement methodologies, including work breakdown structures(WBS), critical path method (CPM), and resourceleveling.
  • Ability to manage complex projectschedules, identify critical paths, and ensure that all projectmilestones aremet.

Cost Estimationand Control

  • Advancedknowledge of cost control techniques, including Earned ValueManagement (EVM), cost forecasting, and varianceanalysis.
  • Ability to prepare and manage projectbudgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-savingstrategies.
  • Experience with financial softwaretools, such as SAP, Oracle, or project-specific cost managementsystems, to track and report on projectfinancials.

RiskManagement

  • Proficiencyin identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensurethe success of the project.
  • Familiarity withrisk management tools and techniques, such as risk registers,sensitivity analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and risk mitigationplanning.
  • Ability to develop contingency plansfor critical project risks and manage uncertainty throughout theprojectlifecycle.

Earned ValueManagement(EVM)

  • Expertise inapplying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitorproject performance in terms of cost andschedule.
