Ensure allinterfaces are coordinated to perform sufficient preparations andassess all realistic problems and encourage the developmentsolutions for interface activities such as substation tieins cabletrenching and cable laying routing plot reservation exchange oftechnical information etc. to support smooth execution inconstruction phase. 

  • Be afocal point for all interfaces with other internal and externalproject stakeholders.
  • Prepare and conductinterface reviews with technical and project interfaces in critical areas.
  • Anticipation andunderstanding of site interface demarcations on documents such asP&IDs Plot Plans and GA Layouts.
  • Workwith all technical and project interfaces  to ensureinterface responsibilities are understood and potential problemsidentified
  • Coordinate with client and review ofFEED / Engineering documentation to assess consistency in thedemarcation of interfaces.
  • Issue regularinterface management reports to PM and customermanagement
  • Be part of the daytoday interfacingbetween the projects project managers and engineeringteams.
  • Update and Maintain InterfaceRegisters. 
  • Drive and coordinateProject Interface Meetings asrequired.
  • Participate in key customer reviewsand meetings as required.
  • Participate inProjectreviews.

Qualifications:

  • MinimumBachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical Instrumentation orequivalent) with (0608 Years) in the Oil & Gasindustry. Affinity and familiar with Engineering Procurement andContracting aspects in the business both onshore andoffshore.
