The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience managing large teams while delivering high-quality tax advisory services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage corporate tax engagements, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals. Provide advisory support on corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with clients across diverse industries. Monitor regulatory updates and advise clients on implications. Coordinate with international teams for cross-border tax matters (preferred). Qualifications & Experience: 2–3 years of UAE Corporate Tax experience in consultancy. More than 5 years overall tax experience. Experience managing a team of tax professionals. Background in Big 4 or similar firms (GT, BDO, PKF, RSM). International tax exposure preferred.
