  • Bachelors degree infinance / Business or related discipline. MBAand/or professionalqualifications.

MinimumExperience:

  • 12 yearssecrutitiesservices experience in the banking sector with at least 7 years insimilar positions of progressively increasing managerialresponsibilities in the seniorfunction;
  • Strategic thinker and agent forchange;
  • Industrial sector expertise isessential;
  • Sound knowledge of compliancelegal/regulatory environments;
  • Proven trackrecord of delivery against financialobjectives;
