Overview Loader SupervisorWe are a logistics company located in Ajman, seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Our ideal candidate will be Pakistani, with experience in loading and unloading goods and supervising a team of loaders. We look forward to hearing from you Responsibilities Oversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or containers Ensure that all items are properly secured and stacked for transport Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods Train and supervise a team of loaders, ensuring safety protocols are followed Maintain accurate records of loaded items and report any discrepancies Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth loading process Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Qualifications Pakistani nationality preferred (open to other nationalities) Previous experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a logistics or warehouse setting Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively Physically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basis Knowledge of safety protocols for loading and unloading goods Basic English language skills (spoken) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed Benefits Monthly salary of 1400$ Accommodation provided by the company Opportunities for growth within the company Safe working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
