OverviewLoader SupervisorWe are a logistics company located in Ajman, seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Our ideal candidate will be Pakistani, with experience in loading and unloading goods and supervising a team of loaders. We look forward to hearing from youResponsibilitiesOversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or containersEnsure that all items are properly secured and stacked for transportCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goodsTrain and supervise a team of loaders, ensuring safety protocols are followedMaintain accurate records of loaded items and report any discrepanciesCommunicate with drivers to ensure smooth loading processInspect equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctionsMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededQualificationsPakistani nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)Previous experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a logistics or warehouse settingStrong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectivelyPhysically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basisKnowledge of safety protocols for loading and unloading goodsBasic English language skills (spoken)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if neededBenefitsMonthly salary of 1400$Accommodation provided by the companyOpportunities for growth within the companySafe working environment
