Role Overview
The Dynamics CE & Power Platform Senior TechnicalArchitect is a core team member of our clients customer delivery ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions. The STA will be involvedin the business processes and solution design and will be hands onconfiguring and customising the implementation of Dynamics CE& Power Platform solutions working with both onshore andoffshore development teams. The position may require businesstravel.

Requirements
- A University graduate with relevant degreewithin a computing or businessdiscipline;
- Microsoft Dynamics CRMCertifications (2016 D365) AND/OR Power Platform Certifications aredesirable;
- Strong technical &functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRMand/or Power Platform technology stack covering a wide spectrum ofindustries and sectors;
- Minimum 12 years ofproven experience in IT which includes end to end implementationexperience in either of Dynamics CRM / Power Platformsolutions;
- Strong and proven experience indeveloping solutions that involve Power Platform (including PowerApps like Canvas Model driven etc. Power Automate Power BIetc.);
- Strong understanding of all areas withinCustomer Engagement including Sales Marketing Customer ServiceField Services and Project Service;
- Goodunderstanding of Dataverse including customisations and developmentof Business Data Models for different solutionsetc.;
- Good understand of Microsoft Dynamics CRMAccelerators industry templates andaddons;
- Proven track record of successfulmaintenance or end to end implementation of a number of solutionsfor medium/ large customers preferably across a number of businessverticals (e.g. healthcare finance insuranceetc.);
- Proven ability to develop a clearunderstanding of clients needs and the ability to incorporate theminto a solution following effective designapproach;
- Experience of consultancy roles insoftware delivery;
- Experience in adeliveryorientated IT environment using waterfall agile and DevOpsmethodologies;
- Adept at business requirementanalysis solution design development system verification anddeployment strategies;
- Ability to see thebigger picture and suggest solutions both within and outside thecurrent implementation;
- Experience in creationof demos supporting presales activities is anadvantage;
- Business process mapping Fit Gapanalysis work package estimation work breakdown structure modellingand documentation knowledge;
- Excellentunderstanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Modelincluding the customisation and development of Business Data Modelsfor different solutions;
- Broad understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle development management releasemanagement data migrations cutover planning and hypercaresupport;
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps &CI/CD is a plus;
- Knowledge and understanding of.NET framework including extensive experience writing ASP.NET andC# code (not just limited to plugins/custom workflows) is aplus;
Responsibilities
The CE Senior Technical Architect will work with theConsulting Services department to implement various modules of D365CE (including Power Platform) working closely with client teams andbusiness stakeholders.
- Organise execute manage and document workshopsmeetings and requirements sessions with the client representativesproject stakeholders business analysts and consultingteam;
- Interface effectively with other membersof the consulting team to arrive at best in class solution andprovide a sustainable and scalable solution architecture andapplication to meet clientsrequirements;
- Deliver high quality business andsoftware solutions & services to clients ensuring theimplementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamicsstandards and supported configuration/customizations;
- Ensure completeness in meetingbusiness requirements and take accountability for projectdeliverables including and not limited to project documentationsolution design performance reliability testing featuresetc;
- Deliver all consultancy and configurationwork according to our project methodology ensuring that allsoftware applications are implemented successfully according to theSLA: on time and on budget;
- Maximize usage ofOOB features and provide technical design or develop/customizesolution approach for identifiedgaps;
- Contribute to activities as requiredincluding technical presales building demo and proof of conceptsolutions for various client presentations. Proactively skilling upon new versions and technology stack to be futureready;
- Work on the creation of Dynamics 365solutions and industry templates;
- Meet andexceed customer expectations of business knowledge skills andbehaviour;
- Be a trusted advisor for our clientsand help to provide solutions which can be upgradeready;
- Proactively identify business/ project/technical/ support risks and provide suggestions to mitigate orcommunicate as necessary;
- Proactivelycommunicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally andinformally;
- Support practice developmentactivities such as defining solutioning and configuring industryspecific solutions;
- Be an active member oftechnical and design working groups within thepractice;
- In all activities ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytrainings;
- Drive for process improvementfeature reusability and other initiatives to maximize efficiency indelivery;
- Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the managementteam or supervisors;
- Provide guidance andmentorship (technical/professional) to groom other teammembers;
- Represent our clients MicrosoftBusiness Solutions team in a professional and positive manner atall times;
- A portion of the role also requiressupporting and doing people management people development &career progression support performance assessment andmanagement;
- The Employee is required to followour clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at alltimes;
