Yacht HR and Recruitment Coordinator

AHS is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Yacht HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our elite team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating HR processes and recruitment activities specifically catered to the yacht industry. You will play a key part in attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified crew members while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for yacht crew positions Coordinate job postings, manage applications, and conduct preliminary interviews Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants Facilitate the onboarding process for new crew members, including document collection and orientation Collaborate with yacht management to understand crew requirements and operational needs Stay updated on maritime regulations and industry standards to ensure compliant recruitment practices Provide support for HR-related inquiries from crew members and management Assist in organizing crew training sessions and development programs Maintain accurate HR records and reporting related to recruitment and employee data Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in HR or recruitment roles in the maritime, yachts or hospitality industries Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of maritime regulations and crew management standards is a plus Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
