Job description Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai - United Arab EmiratesDepartment: Flight OperationsReports To: Operations Control Center (24/7) Global Jet is actively seeking a VIP Flight Operations Coordinator who will be based in Abu Dhabi / Dubai and will serve as the principal liaison between the companys central 24/7 Operations Control Center and its valued local Middle East clientele. This position requires a highly professional precise and dedicated individual capable of ensuring the seamless execution of VIP flight operations to the highest standards of safety efficiency and discretion. Confidentiality has been key within Global Jet for 25 years and this will be of utmost importance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities resourcefulness and composure under pressure while maintaining a commitment to operational excellence in every detail. Responsibilities: Act as the primary representative of the company in Abu Dhabi or Dubai ensuring clear efficient and professional communication between clients flight crews and the Operations Control Center. Plan coordinate and monitor VIP flight operations from initial request through completion ensuring compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements. Supervise the coordination of ground handling permits and airport services to guarantee punctual and smooth flight execution. Anticipate and proactively resolve any operational challenges ensuring continuity and client satisfaction. Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion in all client and operational matters. Maintain accurate records documentation and reports in accordance with company procedures and industry standards. Represent the companys values of excellence precision and reliability at all times. Job requirements Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Comprehensive understanding of international flight planning permits and coordination processes. Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements applicable to VIP aviation. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages considered an asset). Proven ability to work effectively under pressure manage multiple priorities and maintain composure in demanding situations. Proficient in aviation-related software tools (LEON Salesforce and MS Office365 applications) Flexible and willing to support irregular working hours and short-notice operational needs. Demonstrates the highest standards of professionalism integrity and discretion. Detail-oriented organized and committed to operational perfection. Proactive and resourceful with a strong ability to identify and implement effective solutions. Resilient under pressure and dedicated to delivering exceptional service without compromise. Takes ownership shows initiative and consistently strives to exceed expectations.
