About the Job An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader 3 (Seasonal) to join the Nuska team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel . The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Oversee day‑to‑day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity. Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments. Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly. Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary. Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems. Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club. Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
