About the role

As an Assistant Operations Manager, In Room Dining, you will be assisting the Operations Manager, In Room Dining, for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the department daily activities. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Training and developing team members
  2. Coordinating employee schedules
  3. Ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented
  4. Minimizing operating costs
  5. Boosting employee retention
  6. Delivering outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role; previous international experience is also preferred. Team leadership skills and a high level of customer focus, along with the ability to work under pressure and a hands-on management style, are important aspects of this role.
