  • Manageand follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collectionfrom clients.

  • Maintainaccurate records of all collection activities including paymentagreements and followups.
  • Assesscustomer accounts to identify potential risks and recommendsolutions for minimizing baddebts.
  • Work closely with the financeand sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies anddisputes.
  • Prepare and submit dailyweekly and monthly reports on collection progress and outstandingdues.
  • Develop and implementeffective collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduceoverdue balances.
  • Ensure compliancewith UAE financial regulations and company creditpolicies.
  • Handle escalations andcoordinate with legal teams when necessary for debt recoveryactions.

EssentialQualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • 5 years of experience incollections credit control or accounts receivable preferably in theUAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE debtcollection laws and financial regulations ispreferred.
SkillsRequired:
  • Strongnegotiation and persuasion skills to secure timelypayments.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonalskills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office andaccounting software such as SAP Oracle orTally.
  • Ability to handle difficultconversations and manage customer objectionsprofessionally.
  • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills for assessing credit risks and paymenttrends.
  • Ability to work underpressure and meet collectiontargets.
