- Meet target anddistribution goals. Ensure the product sufficient availability atPOS level linked to the clinics and hospitals and ensure gettingthe orders reflecting prescriptionlevels.
- Responsible for inclusion and listingof the assigned brands and products.
- Contributeto the development of annual business plans for the assigned areasof responsibility to support the achievement of financial andstrategicobjectives.
BusinessDevelopment
- Keepsuptodate information about customers competitors and marketdevelopments and reportsaccordingly.
- Identifies marketing opportunitiesand makes recommendations to the Medical Supervisor/DivisionManager.
- Initiates and develops new contactswithin area of responsibility.
- Maintains up todate analysis of relevant market information. Ensures that suchinformation is available whennecessary.
- Recognizes marketing opportunitiesin the area assigned to him and as directed uses such opportunitiesto achieve marketingobjectives.
RelationshipManagement
- Maintainsexcellent relationship with customers and potentialcustomers
- Keeps a data base for customers andupdates as required.
- Assist in conductinglaunch events with Key customers.
- Carefulselection of customers to offer ethical support as conferences andother sponsorships that helps customers in their professionalpractices with sensibleROI.
Admin Activities:
- Send daily callreports demonstrating the details and the comment of thevisits.
- Maintain a high level of productknowledge and regular rehearsals androleplaying.
- Send the needed sales analysisreports in a timely manner.
- Quarterly areasales analysis presentation demonstrating the sales outcomes fromthe different outlets and the growth.
- Attend atthe arranged schedule for the office.
- Efficientand rational use of the company tools samples andpremiums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in science/Pharmacy or related subject from a recognisedUniversity/Institution.
- MBA in Sales andMarketing is anadvantage.
