They have quickly established themselves as one of the fastest growing independent advisory companies. Since inception in 2018 with a team of just 5, they have grown to over 100 employees across 8 global offices.

They now have operations in London, Malta, Sydney, Texas, and UAE. From these global hubs, they manage a rapidly growing client base of mostly expatriate clients.

Due to their expansion, they are looking to onboard several specialist roles including Defined Benefit Transfer Paraplanners & Pension Transfer Specialists. The role will include duties such as:

  • Writing suitability reports using templates
  • Running and checking Transfer Value Comparators (TVC)
  • Completing cashflow modelling
  • Communicating with IFAs, schemes, and clients to obtain missing information

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paraplanner or Pension Transfer Specialist with recent Defined Benefit Pension experience and a proven track record in:

  • Writing suitability reports
  • TVC Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and technically minded
  • Experience in cashflow modelling

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.

A trainee paraplanner with experience in pensions will also be considered, as long as there is a willingness and ambition to study towards the Level 4 Diploma.
