Job Overview:
We are seeking a Partnered Paraplanner to join our team and work closely with one of our top advisors who already has a substantial amount of assets under management (AUM). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced paraplanner to partner with a successful advisor and take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the advisor to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the advisor in making informed investment decisions.
3. Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
4. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients.
6. Assist in the development and training of junior paraplanners and support staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paraplanner, preferably in a wealth management or financial planning firm.
3. Working knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Minimum level 4 qualified.
