As an Import & Export Coordinator , you will play a critical role in the MEA Logistics Team at Ingram Micro.

What you'll do:
  • Create and share shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders and customers, nominate freight forwarders, and obtain quotations.
  • Provide & update reports with shipment analysis, and maintain the Import and Export tracker daily.
  • Ensure freight costs stay within budget, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Nominate local truck, collaborate with the Purchase team for order updates and clearance documents.
How You Can Get This Opportunity:
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of GCC export, Gulf & JAFZA customs, and Dubai Trade Regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, administrative, and time management skills, especially MS Office, with good communication skills.
