  • Work with product andclient success team to establish program measurement plans andKPIs.

In this position,your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:

  • Establish a data and reportingprocess that scales with our business.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve and codify how data is collected acrossLinkwell's products.
  • Deliverrecurring and ad hoc reports to clients in a timelymanner.
  • Provide reports that are clear,accurate, and built on sound data.
  • Work toimprove the data and reportinginfrastructure.
  • Accelerate the pace at whichinsights move through the organization.

Our ideal candidatewill have:

  • Bachelor'sdegree
  • 5+ Years of experience as a data analystor similar role in digital publishing or onlinemarketing.
  • Expertise with Adobe ConsumerJourney Analytics, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Javascript, andPython.
  • Experience with CMS software likeDrupal and Wordpress.
  • Ability to use data totell a story.
  • Strong presentation andcommunication skills.
  • Willingness to shareexpertise and knowledge with colleagues.
