Service Delivery:
  1. Ensuring customers satisfaction
  2. Ensuring continual functionality of operational processes
  3. Maintaining and improving the control frame work – internal and external
  4. Monitoring and improving service quality
  5. Resolving issues and managing SLA of customers
  6. Operational and issue management with the banking provider
  7. Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure service delivery to customers
Sales Support:
  1. Analysis and benchmark of prospect's data
  2. Value proposition preparation and presentation
People management:

  2. Recruitment initiation and participation in the process
  3. Motivating and encouraging team work

Minimum Experience:
  1. Minimum 10 years as a manager
  2. Banking/Treasury
  3. Payments
Desired Experience:

  2. BPO experience
Good To Have:
  1. Shipping experience
