Hiring Physical Security Solution Manager

Years of experience - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on physical security solutions.

Education - Bachelors degree in Electronics and communications, Security Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master&aposs degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Mandate Certifications

Relevant industry certifications:

  • CPP - Certified Protection Professional.
  • PSP - Physical Security Professional or equivalent.
  • Certification in security management or relevant technical certifications is essential.

Skills Needed

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
  • Proven track record in business development , project delivery , and client management within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of UAE-specific security regulations and compliance requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Physical Security Solution Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Senior Physical Security Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing security operations, project planning, execution, business development, client retention, and asset management. This position requires a strong background in physical security solutions, techno-commercial expertise, and proven experience in delivering high-value projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

The Security Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective business development strategies , ensuring seamless project delivery , managing site operations , training teams , and safeguarding company assets and inventories . The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities who can balance technical knowledge with commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for security installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base within the UAE market.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals , including cost estimations, risk assessments, and solution designs tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Achieve annual business revenue targets by securing contracts and upselling services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and propose enhancements to security systems.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify potential risks and proactively address them to prevent churn.
  • Train and mentor the security team on best practices, emerging technologies, and compliance protocols.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Ensure all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all security-related assets, equipment, and inventory.
  • Implement robust processes to track usage, monitor stock levels, and minimize losses.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accountability and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise on-site security operations , ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors , subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal functioning of security systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to RFPs/RFQs, demonstrating technical expertise and commercial viability.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine pricing strategies and enhance competitiveness.
