JobDescription

We are looking for aTax Consultant with a foundational understanding of Dutch Tax eagerto refine their skills take on significant responsibilities andgrow into a strategic advisor. You will advise the tax andcorporate compliance of two SAAS software companies and manage thedaily financial management of two holding companies within ourgroup. Proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred as youll engage inboth local and international tax compliance and advisory workcontributing directly to the success of ourorganization.

KeyResponsibilities 

DaytoDayManagement 

  • Manageand coordinate daily operations for two holding companies ensuringworldwide efficiency andcompliance. 
  • Oversee the shareholdersin their responsibilities towards two subsidiaries of the holdingcompanies. 
  • Oversee and advice twoSAAS software companies on tax and corporatecompliance. 
  • Maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders including clients suppliers andpartners. 
  • Ensure both companiesadhere to legal regulatory and industrystandards. 
  • Ensure timely and accuratetax filings working closely with accountants asneeded. 

TaxAdvisory 

  • Provideexpert tax advice to other companies within the group focusing ontax optimization and compliance. 
  • Stayupdated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicatetheir impact tostakeholders. 
  • Identify and implementstrategies to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency acrossthe group

StrategicGrowth 

  • Developand execute strategic plans to grow both holding companies whileoptimizing operations andshareholdings. 
  • Represent thecompanies at meetings and negotiations to build strongrelationships and drive businessgrowth. 

Qualifications:

Required 

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a relatedfield (Masters degreepreferred). 
  • Knowledge of Dutch taxlaws and businessregulations. 
  • Excellent organizationaland multitasking skills with the ability to prioritizeeffectively. 
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communicationskills. 
  • Proficiency in Dutch (spokenandwritten). 

Preferred 

  • Experiencein providing advisory services on tax matters to otherbusinesses. 
  • Proven experiencemanaging entities or a complex businessenvironment. 
  • An internationalorientation. 

Candidatesmust be willing to relocate to Dubai for thisopportunity.
