We are looking for a Dutch Speaking TaxConsultant with a foundational understanding of Dutch Tax eager torefine their skills take on significant responsibilities and growinto a strategic advisor. You will advise the tax and corporatecompliance of two SAAS software companies and manage the dailyfinancial management of two holding companies within our group.Proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred as youll engage in bothlocal and international tax compliance and advisory workcontributing directly to the success of ourorganization.

KeyResponsibilities 

DaytoDayManagement 

  • Manageand coordinate daily operations for two holding companies ensuringworldwide efficiency andcompliance. 

  • Overseethe shareholders in their responsibilities towards two subsidiariesof the holdingcompanies. 

  • Overseeand advice two SAAS software companies on tax and corporatecompliance. 

  • Maintainrelationships with key stakeholders including clients suppliers andpartners. 

    • Ensureboth companies adhere to legal regulatory and industrystandards. 

      • Ensuretimely and accurate tax filings working closely with accountants asneeded. 

TaxAdvisory 

  • Provideexpert tax advice to other companies within the group focusing ontax optimization andcompliance. 

    • Stayupdated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicatetheir impact tostakeholders. 

      • Identifyand implement strategies to reduce costs and improve financialefficiency across thegroup

StrategicGrowth 

  • Developand execute strategic plans to grow both holding companies whileoptimizing operations andshareholdings. 

    • Representthe companies at meetings and negotiations to build strongrelationships and drive businessgrowth. 

Qualifications:

Required 

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a relatedfield (Masters degreepreferred). 

    • Knowledgeof Dutch tax laws and businessregulations. 

    • Excellentorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability toprioritizeeffectively. 

    • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communicationskills. 

    • Proficiencyin Dutch (spoken andwritten). 

Preferred 

  • Experiencein providing advisory services on tax matters to otherbusinesses. 

    • Provenexperience managing entities or a complex businessenvironment. 

      • Aninternationalorientation.
