Qualifications:

  • You have atleast 5 years of experience in progressive development andmanagement of multiple product categories matured by working forlarge retailers (FMCG) in an internationalsetting.
  • You have built teams and ledcrossfunctional projects at scale.
  • You are verydetailoriented structured and know how to prioritize you consideryourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks tobe solved.
  • You are willing to do anythingnecessary for the project to succeed including working on thewarehouse floor when you are short staffed to making a customerdelivery or to take customer calls. No job is too insignificant nodetail is too small for you.
  • You are able tointeract with seniorlevel executives and can manage theexpectations of multiple stakeholders. You are someone energized bythe unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. Youhave excellent analytical and communication skills and always liketo be handson with several tools.

  • Additionally youhave robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. You can inspireseveral teams and stakeholders to rally behind amission.
