Tasks> Lead the design and implementation of costmanagement strategies tailored to the power sector. Apply advancedActivityBased Costing (ABC) methodologies to improve cost transparency and validate costallocation mechanisms. Conduct benchmarking against industry bestpractices to identify cost optimization opportunities. Identifyinefficiencies nonvalueadding activities and potential areas forprocess improvement or automation. Deliver highquality projectoutputs including cost models benchmarking studies and strategicrecommendations in alignment with project timelines and clientexpectations. Perform detailed analyses of cost drivers acrossoperational and support functions. Develop robust financial andoperational models to evaluate current cost structures and identifyareas for scalability. Prepare and deliver compelling presentationsand reports that distill complex analyses into actionableinsights
Requisites> Bachelor's degree in FinanceEconomics Engineering Business or a related field (mandatory).Consulting attitude ; Minimum 9– 10 years of experience in cost management with a proventrack record in the power and utilitiessector . Extensive experience withActivityBased Costing (ABC) costallocation frameworks and industry benchmarking. Handson experiencemanaging multiple cost optimization projects with demonstratedsuccess in delivering results in complex operational environments;Master's degree or MBA preferred but not required.Advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financialmodelling tools. Familiarity with data visualizationand cost management software (e.g. PowerBI Anaplan SAP or OracleHyperion ).
