Overview Office assistant job in El-Ain UAE for unskilled workers. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for our El-Ain office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering phones, photocopying and data entry; Maintain office supplies; order new supplies when necessary; Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as keeping track of invoices; Keep accurate records of employee attendance, vacation requests, sick days, etc.; Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office; Manage incoming and outgoing mail; Answer questions from employees or clients in person or over the phone; Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Assistant is preferred but not required; Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The position is full-time with a salary of 1300 per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
