Requirements/Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a relatedfield.
- Experience:
- Minimumof 12 years in event planning and management, with a proven trackrecord of executing large-scaleevents.
- UAE-specific experience is a strongadvantage.
- Skills &Expertise:
- Exceptionalleadership and team managementcapabilities.
- Strong project management skills,including budgeting, scheduling, and resourceallocation.
- Excellent communication,negotiation, and client engagementskills.
- Proficiency in event managementsoftware andtools.
- Attributes:
