About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our internal audit function. As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the internal audit function of Etihad Airport Services, providing independent and objective assurance over the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with the organization's objectives and regulatory landscape.
  • Ensure alignment with GCAA, IATA (ISAGO / IOSA), and other relevant international standards.
  • Maintain internal audit independence while collaborating constructively with business units.
  • Promote a strong internal control culture and continuous improvement mindset.
