Main Responsibilities:

  • To acknowledge reception of requests for quotation from clients.
  • To coordinate with the Technical Department for preparation of technical proposals.
  • To assess the required resources (material, equipment, manpower) and define the scope of work based on provided tender documents and technical study.
  • To ensure prices from suppliers are always up to date.
  • To prepare commercial offers and send them to the client after approval by the Commercial Manager.
  • To keep CRM up to date.
  • To ensure that all risks and assumptions in the commercial proposal are correctly defined, studied, and quantified.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of 2-3 years in a commercial role in the Middle East. Strengthening and repairs market knowledge will be a strong advantage.
  2. Customer-oriented personality with strong interpersonal attitude.
  3. Motivated and dedicated to achieving set targets and developing new skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written skills.
  5. Minimum UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
