Job Overview- Support senior executives in managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports with professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
- Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed.
- Perform general office duties, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
