We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Business Development Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding business partnerships through effective sales and marketing strategies.

This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

The Resort Business Development Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and making recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and expand business partnerships through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and make recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in a sales or marketing role.

Education: Diploma or qualification in hospitality management is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. Previous experience as a Sales Manager is also preferred.
