Job Summary

The Bab Al Shams Desert Resort - Dubai seeks a Resort Revenue Growth Specialist to join its sales team. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve resort goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize hotel revenue and achieve resort goals.
  • Sales presentations, site inspections, and FAM trips to promote the resort's unique offerings to partners.
  • Managing DMC and Tour Operating Contracting, ensuring up-to-date tracking of contracted partners.
  • Communication of special offers to International and local leisure partners.
  • Maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a luxury 5-star hotel, preferably in a managerial capacity. A strong background in the leisure and travel trade market is essential, along with knowledge of the UAE market and segment skills including principled negotiation, contracting, and service-level agreements.

A degree in hospitality or a related field is required, and proficiency in spoken and written English and Russian is necessary. Knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.
