Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Critical Care Unit, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.

Requirements:

  • MBBS or equivalent degree in medicine from an accredited institution.
  • Master's degree in critical care medicine is essential.
  • Active ACLS certificate.
  • Recent continuous 4-5 years of experience in a busy ICU setting with reputable hospitals.
  • Ability to perform tracheal intubation and insert central lines.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid DHA license/eligibility.
  • Candidates holding DHA eligibility as Specialist Critical Care preferred.
  • Selected candidates must hold valid UAE residence visa and be available to join within 2 weeks.
