Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases. Key responsibilities include managing and developing the existing sales force, driving subscription sales, and developing new accounts within the MENA region.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and develop the existing sales force with 2 direct reports and a collective team of 20.
- Drive subscription sales and expand our customer base within the MENA region.
- Travel up to 30% of the time within the region to maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, including managing a sales department.
- Strong knowledge of the media/publishing or online services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
