This Senior Sales Manager position requires a seasoned professional to lead the sales efforts in the Dubai office, working under the guidance of the Managing Director in the UK.
Key Duties:
- Lead the existing sales force, comprising 2 direct reports and a team of 20, to drive subscription sales.
- Pursue new business opportunities in the MENA region, nurturing existing relationships and ensuring retention of current clients.
- Ensure effective management of the P&L.
- Undertake regular travel within the region, up to 30% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director, Business Development Director, or equivalent.
- Current leadership of a sales team in the Middle East.
- Background in subscription services for media, publishing, or online companies.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including managing a sales department.
