We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Listings Coordinator to join our team at Star 5 Realty Real Estate. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and agents.

  • Reception Duties: You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This includes managing the reception area, responding to inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
  • Listing Management: You will be responsible for writing, editing, and updating listings to showcase the features and key selling points of our properties. This includes ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all listing information.
  • CRM and Technology: You will be proficient in using CRM systems and platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut to manage client leads, databases, and inquiries.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare weekly listing reports to ensure all listing information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Permit Management: You will be responsible for obtaining permits from the Trakheesi system.
  • Organizational Skills: You will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients and agents.
  • Technical Skills: You will be proficient in MS Office applications and have experience in real estate advertising portals.
  • Client Support: You will provide full back-office support to agents and teams, including managing client leads, databases, and inquiries.
  • Agreement Management: You will register and renew agreements with developers.
