Position Overview

An Entry-Level Visual Designer is tasked with the creation and execution of all graphic design projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to the specified requirements and maintaining the standards of Precision Hire Solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format and produce visual content and written material using advanced graphic design software.
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics that align with the established brand identity and meet the diverse needs of various departments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to produce marketing materials that effectively communicate the services offered.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to establish a cohesive and distinctive visual identity for the company.

Quality Assurance

  • Design visually striking graphics that reflect the company's brand and adhere to advertising guidelines.
  • Create marketing materials that provide clear visual representations of the company's intangible services.
  • Develop design concepts and layouts based on principles of aesthetics and effective communication.
  • Determine the size and arrangement of graphic elements and select appropriate typography.
  • Utilize graphic design software to produce innovative visual content.
  • Prepare final layouts for printing and review them for accuracy and quality.
  • Generate charts, graphs, and illustrations using digital tools.
  • Review and refine final designs based on feedback.
  • Input information into design software to create layouts for presentations.
  • Prepare sketches and illustrations, discussing them with stakeholders and making necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze visual materials to plan effective presentations of products and services.
  • Create both static and animated graphics for various media formats.
  • Stay informed about current market trends and conduct competitive analysis to enhance design strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's unique style and uphold established standards across all visual projects.
  • Design graphics for product illustrations, company branding, and digital platforms.
  • Engage with clients to determine their design needs and preferences.
  • Utilize various visual mediums to create a clear perception of the company's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Experience in using computer systems for design and data processing.
  • Knowledge of media production and communication techniques.
  • Familiarity with design principles and tools for creating technical plans and models.
