We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality graphic design solutions for a variety of print and digital marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and project objectives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing and impactful designs that meet our brand standards.
- Design a range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, website graphics, and more, showcasing your expertise in visual communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, upholding our company's visual identity.
- Work effectively with photographers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure a cohesive final product that meets our high standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software applications, continuously developing your skills to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience that demonstrates your expertise in visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems (CMS) are a plus.
