  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for audio visual systems, including equipment, labor, and other associated costs. Utilize industry-standard tools and software to develop estimates.
  • Project Analysis: Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work to identify and understand client requirements. Assess and quantify materials, labor, and other resources needed for project completion.
  • Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Source and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate terms and prices to ensure the best value for the company and its clients.
  • Bid Preparation: Develop and submit comprehensive bid proposals that align with client specifications and project requirements. Ensure all estimates and proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time.
