Front Desk Representative

Job Description
The primary responsibility of a front desk representative is to provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner. You are responsible for handling all guest inquiries, requests, and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay at Minor International hotel is to their satisfaction.
You will be the first point of contact for guests and handle all aspects of their stay, from check-in and check-out to resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert knowledge of hotel facilities and services
- Taking reservations and managing room allocations
- Greeting and registering guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Providing outstanding guest service during their stay, responding to any queries or concerns
- Handling guest payments and settling accounts upon completion of their stay
Requirements:
- A strong focus on customer service
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Computer skills in MS Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
