Job Description- Negotiate restructuring of exposures to preserve the bank's position and maximize recovery prospects.
- Prepare credit applications containing detailed credit analysis and justifications for recommended restructuring.
- Initiate recommendations for upgrade/downgrade and monitor relevant risk metrics.
Our ideal candidate has 15 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years in similar roles of increasing responsibility. They should have a track record in loan asset management and monitoring, familiarity with both syndicated and bilateral lending, and previous experience in relationship management and risk.
Responsibilities- Evaluate problematic debt exposures to identify workout situations and default scenarios.
- Make recommendations on restructuring advances to prevent default.
- Consider resizing projects to protect the bank's position.
