The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role, reporting directly to the Senior Plants Manager. This position is essential for delivering effective support and ensuring the success of procurement and logistics operations while optimizing resource utilization in line with relevant standards. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing administrative and logistical tasks, maintaining accurate records for all operations.

Core Duties

As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing certificates of origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Department.
  • Entering orders into the system and adhering to the entry process.
  • Documenting order details in the Billing Tracker Sheet.
  • Ensuring orders are complete for the release of Shipping Instructions.
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to issue Shipping Instructions and tracking shipping dates.
  • Monitoring EX-Factory dates and shipping details.
  • Requesting billing once the Terms of Sale are fulfilled with the customer.
  • Ensuring that all incoming orders and sales contracts receive an order acknowledgment within a maximum timeframe.
  • Handling all internal customer inquiries related to orders.
  • Preparing presentations as directed by the Manager.
  • Executing tasks as instructed by the Manager.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or internship in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with office software and ERP systems.
