About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Associate to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our investment funds practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on limited partnership agreements and negotiating fund investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: You will have a strong understanding of limited partnership agreements and be able to advise on negotiation points related to fund investments.
  • Funds Knowledge: You should be well-versed in Funds Docs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Funds, and have experience in establishing funds in various jurisdictions.
  • Deal Experience: You will have experience in hedge funds and M&A, with a comprehensive understanding of private funds and negotiations with investors.
  • Geographic Flexibility: While we are particularly interested in candidates based in London, New York, or Luxembourg, we encourage strong lawyers from other jurisdictions to apply.
