Job Title: Investment Fund Controller

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation of Net Asset Value and overseeing daily and periodic accounting for multiple funds. The successful candidate will also be required to prepare financial statements and investor reports in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Investment Fund Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fund administration, including audit coordination and managing investor communications related to fund performance. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory guidelines, including FATCA, CRS, and AML/KYC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate calculation of Net Asset Value
  • Oversee daily and periodic accounting for multiple funds
  • Prepare financial statements and investor reports
  • Manage investor communications related to fund performance
  • Ensure firm's compliance with regulatory guidelines

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong background in fund administration and a minimum of 3 years' experience in fund accounting (NAVS) or fund administration. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or an Accountancy related discipline is required, with CPA/ACCA or CFA being preferred but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international tax regulations and fund structures, including UCITS, AIFs, SPVs, etc. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
