Job Description

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a professional with a strong background in GRC, compliance, and risk management, preferably with experience in the manufacturing or steel industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the manufacturing/steel sector.
  • They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies, monitoring compliance, and identifying and assessing risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate will need to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, are also required.
  • Proficiency in GRC software tools and systems for risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and incident management is a must.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CFE) are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or internal audit roles within the manufacturing or steel industry.
  • Proven experience in IAM principles.
