Main Tasks:

  1. Housekeeping: Perform daily tasks related to inventory and product management systems.
  2. Data Correction: Correct product data errors as needed.
  3. Product Specs: Develop and maintain product specification sheets according to supplier details.
  4. Fiscal Management: Conduct regular price audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with local teams to address product needs.
  6. Business Reporting: Support procurement teams in generating reports.
  7. Supply Chain Processes: Coordinate order placement and system integrations.
  8. Replenishment Planning: Use demand planning software for accurate replenishment data.
  9. Purchasing Analysis: Work with the Group Purchasing Manager to analyze purchasing data.
  10. Logistics Support: Partner with on-site logistics teams for smooth operations.
  11. Compliance Duties: Fulfill regulatory obligations for purchases.

Necessary Qualifications:

  1. Administrative Expertise: At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role with ERP systems.
  2. Purchasing Background: 1 year's experience in purchasing or supply chain.
  3. Data Entry Skills: Strong knowledge of data entry principles.
  4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
  5. Software Familiarity: Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office tools.
  6. Organizational Abilities: Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
