Key Responsibilities:
  • **Develop and Implement Internal Communications Campaigns:** Develop and plan creative internal communications campaigns to achieve desired objectives, working closely with functional leads and internal customers in other areas.
  • **Manage Internal Communications Platforms:** Manage the creation and maintenance of effective internal communications platforms to connect and engage staff, using initiatives that adhere to best practice and are on par with industry award-winning programs.
  • **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Act as a trusted source of information and news for staff and management, contributing to a vibrant organisational culture that supports informative two-way communication between management and staff.
  • **Engage Employees and Drive Performance:** Manage the development and implementation of initiatives to engage employees and drive performance, using multiple communications channels to diversify distribution of messages.
  • **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments:** Ensure the external circulation of all relevant and useful articles, pamphlets, brochures, and papers relating to EGA and industry practices, with the aim to raise knowledge and awareness on new developments.
Requirements:
  • **Strong Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective internal communications campaigns.
